About the 21 Days to Bliss Program:

In the past year, most people have experienced a shift in life – some of these shifts being larger than others. There are so many experiences in our lives that are beyond our control, but how we react is 100% within our control. If you’re finding yourself wanting to take responsibility for your future, learn from your past, purge some behaviors and create your new reality, the 21 Days to Bliss program is the tool to support you on this journey. 

The 21 Days to Bliss program has a different theme each week: Excavate, Release, and Create. Each morning you’ll receive a daily journal prompt via text. Through the virtual coaching sessions, you decide what is most relevant to your journey. Whether you’re experiencing low self-esteem, are navigating a volatile relationships or just want to have a more fulfilling life, you will have the opportunity to address this with your coach. As a result of your coaching sessions, homework may be assigned to ensure your maximum shift in these 21 days together.
